By late August, most golfers have put a lot of miles on their bodies. You've hopefully played plenty of rounds, hit balls and repeated the same rotational movement thousands of times. Add work, travel and everything else you've tried to squeeze into a short Canadian summer, and your body has been managing a considerable workload. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Our bodies adapt to what we ask them to do. For some golfers, a busy summer means improved overall fitness and a
